Northern California Game Day (Any DMs out there?)

Well, we've got three DMs/GMs so far, one for D&D (that would be me), one for Hackmaster (HackJoe), and one for OAD&D (Bloodymage). Talinthas has a friend who might be DM'ing another D&D game, but it's still basically up in the air.

We'll most likely be having four games, two in the morning, and two in the evening, with a gladiator-type "Game of Death" right smack in the middle.

More information can be found on the first post of this thread.

So... yup...

Talinthas, we're probably going to need that "yes" or "no" pretty soon so we can get on with things...

Tell your friend that he still has a month to work on it, we just need a confirmation.

Tsunami, you need to edit the original post to reflect recent changes and new information. The last game is no longer "undetermined" and the working title for HackJoe's game is actually "Graveyard Shift." There may be some other minor edits. Also you can sign up "ByteMe" for Joe's game and he wants to get in some MW as well.

Talinthas' friend doesn't have to prepare anything! The module is there waiting for someone to pick it up.

Well, I think this has sunken far enough.

Folks, we've almost got this whole game day in the bag- we just need one more DM for a D&D game...

Reapersaurus, would you possibly be able to instead DM a game? Maybe the Gladiator Game from Dungeon a few months ago, to keep with your original theme?

Meanwhile, I'm going to go searching on other boards and in other locations- hopefully, we'll be able to get another DM!

At the very worst, however, we can just have three games going on either at the same time or throughout the day.

Well, how about this for a schedule if we can't find another DM:

11:30- Graveyard Shift (HackJoe, Hackmaster levels 1-3)

2:30- The Whispering Woodwind (Tsunami, D&D level 2)

5:30- The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth (OAD&D, characters and PHBs provided)

And between and after games, people who are not playing can play heroclix, miniatures games, and any other board games people bring along (I have quite a few Cheapass games myself. http://www.cheapass.com )

Those playing in the Graveyard Shift game could also play in the Lost Caverns game, and those in the Whispering Woodwind game would have time to try out other games afterwords.

That is, if we don't find a fourth DM.

What do you folks think?

Any thoughts on the new possible schedule, folks?

Or should we stick with the linear "two games in the morning, one game in the evening" schedule?
