Rabidbob; I actually am from London and started roleplaying in Kent in about 1983. Only moved to Brum when I went to University.

I recently met up with my old roleplaying group from 20 years ago (they all still live in Kent) and we might be getting together for some nostalgic RP at some point in the future.

If I am down your way, I shall give you some warning and you are welcome to borrow my books or else you might even get a game.

All the best anyway, and good luck finding DW. And do watch out on Mongoose's site as James Wallis' Magmum Opus Press (publishing under the Cobra brand) will be pushing out new stuff for DW, though I don't know when.

Book 5 (Power of Darkness; elemetalists) is like Gold-dust and I have never seen one at reasonable price, so I don't have it. Book 6 (Lands of Legend) is well worth a read and completely stands up against modern products, in terms of atmosphere.

I thought book 6 was the rare one. I do have book 5. The new class is a but iffy, especially at low levels, but the adventure which is included is very good.

Book 6 is probably the best. It's also the most useful to anyone not planning on running the game, since it is largely fluff.

A boxed set of isometric dungeon tiles with rules and an adventure...
Beast Enterprise's "Complete Dungeonmaster?" There were six IIRC.

A board game with a big, black electronic tower at the centre (can you hear the sound effects?)
Dark Tower.

A box set RPG by GW featuring super heroes in the Uk? Fazer and Vox?
Golden Heroes.

Huw; I managed to find Book 6 easily a few years ago but perhaps I was just lucky. I have never seen Book 5 since the original days when I had it (before my copy fell to pieces). Where did you get yours?

Not bad folks -dark tower & golden heroes were easy. But the first was: Fantasy Paths! (Don't ask......)

How about I simply say: Shift X?

I've had since it came out, from new. So sorry, I don't know of any recent sales.
