+3 is the highest listed plus for magical weapons in 5e a +8 is a maxed stat and using an artifact weapon which are supposed to ne almost impossible to get.

That class is totally OP. Being married to one, I can tell you that the ability to switch back and forth at will between the two archetypes is totally unfair.
