Notes from D&D seminar

It's hard to tell from those cryptic answers, but it sounds like the WotC guys don't consider the Codemonkey things official or even good solutions. That's kinda disappointing.

Best misprint: "Maury Castle."

Most interesting line: "Part of that is there's a sort of inherent backstory (rules, magic items, Githyanki - not necessarily Forgotten Realms and Eberron), no matter what campaign setting you use (many DM's use their own settings)... find a common ground for all the settings."

It's nice to see a bone thrown to the homebrewers once in awhile.

Think that'll calm down the doomsayers a bit?

Only the death of D&D will stop them. ;)

Nice to hear the SRD has not been fully forgotten. But after that long, will they still remember where to put the updates? ;)

Q: Hex blade spells, Wujen spells?
A: Some of that, but some spells we decided to leave out (like Wujen), because we have other things planned for that

Perhaps a hint about an update to Oriental Adventures? Hum
