I am such a naive... when I looked at the link I actually hoped they were going to design a WEAKER version of the Tarrasque so that it could actually be of any use Such as "how can there be more versions of the Tarrasque? One at 3 years old, one at 12, one at 50..."

The woodland-type version however isn't bad IMHO...

But when the tarrasque of legend is standing over Tokyo, I'll bet your players won't quibble much about the length of its breath weapon.

I'll bet my players would be looking up at the Tarrasque laughing, because its breath weapon doesn't even reach the ground unless it stoops.

"Stop laughing at me, my back hurts and I can't bend over. Go on the roof of that building so that I can breath on you."

Oh, I also overheard the Tarrasque saying something about size not mattering, but we were too busy laughing to be sure...

Hate is not something that should be brought in connection with something like a game. I would call it distaste or disapproval. But certainly not hate.

It's not really any more powerful even with all the templates they stacked on. The thing still cant fly. Any group of PCs should be able to make shortwork of the big T in about 10 rounds no matter how many heads they stick on.

Also the only way i would use the breath weapon would be to start a fire hazard for the PCs. The big T lights the city on fire with his pitiful breath weapon. you can try to save the children cought in the blaze of try to stop the big T from destroying the rest of the city, either way you take fire damage every round from the inferno.
