Are you being cynical or do you really feel that someone committing minor theft should die? Really?

If someone's in your home and you feel threatened I can understand you need to do whatever you need to to neutralize the threat, especially if someone's in your care.

But laying deadly traps seems a bit extreme. This isn't Home Alone - Micheal Bay Edition.

I feel I have the right to defend myself, my home and property and the obligation to defend my family.
If someone's in your home and you feel threatened
If someone is in your home unbidden, you are threatened.
But laying deadly traps seems a bit extreme.
It is more extreme than a bite trained guard dog. Other than that, IMHO it should be the property owners decision, laws permitting of course.
 


Remember what I said earlier, that discussion of what the limits of protections should be quickly becomes political?

Let us not go there, please.
