Yeah, this came out a bit ago: there are going to be a bunch of Giant Cultists, including 4 Elemental Evil types, 4 Demonic types, this Devil Fire Giant and something called a "Storm Herald." Full rundown:

Breakdown by Chapter
1.) Character Options
The first chapter will offer new options for players, including the "path of the giant" subclass for Barbarians, two background options (Giant Foundling & Rune Carver), eight new feats, and giant character stories.

Chapter 2 will feature a section on roleplaying giants and lore for the race's pantheon (called the Ordning), Gods and Religion, social structure, and organizations.
3.) Giant Adventures

Still cheaper than GW, assembled, and painted.
Never played any GW/Warhammer games so I personally couldnt say, but yeah I heard they are and always were expensive.
Wizkids has always been after the whales, they've just become more brazen about it in the last year or so.
I used to buy the Ral Partha and Arduin minis years ago, then Reaper, WotC's prepainted plastic ones and finally some of the Wizkids grey unpainted packs. Except for Reaper, which some were somewhat expensive compared to the rest, all were reasonably priced. Looking at the prices of Wizkids Icons of the Realms line they are out of their minds, $300-$400 miniatures is insane.
