Yep. They were at the entrance to the Moathouse in Village of Hommlet.

I'm sure my mate Frog has statted them up. He's also done a race of giant psionic frogs. Oddly his nickname, "Frog" came about completely independently of this fascination for amphibians.

Of course, given 3E's insistance on giving all "Dire" creatures bony ridges and horns and such it might be better being called a Horny Toad.
