New Realms Publishing and Dimensions Game Software to Release Into the Wilds: Digital Bundle
JOHNSTOWN, Pa.–September 2nd, 2003–New Realms Publishing announced the upcoming release of Into the Wilds: Digital Bundle, a d20 sourcebook and generator package for wilderness encounters and adventures.
The Into the Wilds: Digital Bundle includes the original Into the Wilds: A Wilderness Adventures Companion, packaged with the all new Into the Wilds: A Digital Companion. The Into the Wilds PDF sourcebook contains all the original rules and tools for wilderness encounters, such as a system for determining encounter range, direction, Listen and Spot DC’s, and a set of rules for designing and implementing wilderness traps. Now, with the Into the Wilds: A Digital Companion, designed by Dimensions Game Software, you can randomly generate the information for a wilderness encounter, such as direction, range and terrain, input your own information to calculate Listen and Spot DC’s, or a combination of both. The Digital Companion also includes generators for randomly creating wilderness traps and selecting the favored enemy and bonus feats for the ranger variant described in the sourcebook. For GM’s using the Into the Wilds sourcebook, this set of digital tools will greatly decrease the time needed to calculate the mechanics behind an upcoming wilderness encounter.
