....but it does get frustrating to have to tell customers that I don't know what's in the item they're buying, and they'll have to go home to look up the nutritional info.

That's exactly why I try to look up the information online before I go somewhere to eat.

I was just very surprised that a national chain like Fuddruckers didn't have any nutritional information online. [conspiracy]Maybe they only allow franchises in states that don't require posting of nutritional information.[/conspiracy]
