nWoD Advice?

Uh, just making sure here- you know the system is pretty different, right? The oWoD used "StorytellER" while the new one uses "StorytellING."
I'm quite aware of most of the differences -- as much as can be from reading the core book, three game books and one suppliment. I'm counting on a combination of foggy player memories, an cleaner general system, and general presentation to carry things. In the end, I think bubbles, three stacks of attributes, three stacks of skills, and a whopping handful of d10s will be close enough to pass.

Like I said, I'm not averse to system flipping, so my care is how much the players resist, which is currently not at all. But, I know which battles to fight.

It is close enough to be easy, but there are enough changes that make it annoying for players of the old systems that fall back to easily on what they think they know. Wher we first played the long term VtM player had a tougher time of it then the people new to the system because she was not grasping the changes like she should have.

That's good to know. There's only one player who is likely to remember enough to have issues -- it's comfort for everyone else -- but at least I'll know to keep my eyes open.
