If the feat is taken at first level, do you multiply the bonus skill point by 4?

No, you just gain 1 extra skill point per level.

I'd say that you would quadruple it, since that's what you do with all additional skill points gained at 1st level (human, Int, etc.). So the default would be that you do that here as well unless there is something that specifically says you don't, and there is nothing there that specifically says you don't.

Which is why I prefer to not allow players to take non-Core feats @ first level.

When do you get feats and when do you get skill points?? If you get skill points awarded before you select feats, then you would not get to multiply by 4.

IIRC, Nymph's Kiss requires some sort of ongoing relationship with a Fey creature - no something that one should be able to get at first level. I'd have to look at the feat again, but I don;t think this is one you should normally be able to get at first level, making the issue moot.

How is an inexperienced first-level character going to have established that kind of relationship? It would have to be quite an interesting background story - not the sort I would allow, most likely.

I mean, really, who allows a brand new, first level character to have some sort of special relationship with a Fey? They do not have the experience to have any long-term relationships except with family, really.

That's a mighty fancy word for believability. I wonder how many folks did NOT know that? Not that I am asking anyone to admit it.

I don't know. Considering how those fey hussies go about aquiring "long-term" relationships with males, I'd think that a low-level character's reliably poor will-save would be a prerequisite to such a relationship.
