There is not; sorry! It was a gradual process over a period of about 18 months with multiple playtest iterations. But the high points are:

  • goblin, beastfolk, gnome races
  • 10 new magical careers plus a couple of others
  • some new origins
  • addition of VITAL DEFENCE
  • tweaks to spellcasting
  • conditions replace status tracks

There are many other minor changes and roll-on effects of those changes, of course. But they’re the big ones.
