Ok, simple question, in Oriental Adventures Shaman class they have a spell called Acestral Vengence which does spirit damage.
Would you consider this negative energy damage or a new damage type of "spirit damage". Thus it could be applied to a Vampire as easily as a Paladin.
The reason I ask is I am trying to develop new spells which also do spirit damage. And if so would this new type of damage raise the spell level because it is not a standard type of damage (as compared to elements, negative and positive).
