Should the mysteries be story text only or include character stats as well?

For instance, if I submitted the mystery of who shot the bloodlord Montgomery Burns, and decided it was Krusty who is secretly a vampire, would you want just the plot or a statted out Krusty as well?

Second, if our short summary is already covered will we be told not to bother so that we don't waste our time writing it up?

For instance if I send in Krusty shot Montgomery Burns, would you let me know not to bother since it has already been decided and written up, (hint, a child of one of the Bloodlord's employees).

You should include character stats, magic items, spells, and anything else that would be necessary for the mystery to be used around the gaming table.

If your summary conflicts with what we're already doing, then we'll tell you not to bother. That's why we want everyone to email their summaries to the design team.

Great! I'm only about 26 pages into Arena but there are already a bunch of mysteries presented that could be fleshed out.
