Oh gawd. Of those mentioned I have, used to have, or have played ...
Ravenstar
Macho Women With Guns
Extreme Vengeance (and the supplement, Die and Die Again)
Pandemonium
Noir
Bunnies and Burrows - only have the GURPS version
Powers and Perils (and some expansions)
Bushido
ALBEDO - used to have it. Still have some of the comic books
Teenagers from Outerspace - got it
Maelstrom - first RPG I ever owned. Have two copies
Legend Quest
Spawn of Fashan
Over the Edge
Principia Malefex
Fifth Cycle
World of Synnibarr
Super Squadron
Hunter Planet - don't have it, but have played it
Manhunter
Alma Mater
Quest of the Ancients
I'll add:
Dragon Warriors - fun fantasy RPG published in 6 paperbacks. Still has one of the best pseudo-Europe settings I've seen
Monster Horror Show - by the creator of the Grailquest choose your own adventure books
Dark Town - couldn't tell you a thing about it
Heaven & Earth - looks interesting in a Twin Peaks kinda way.
Price of Freedom - Better Dead than Red, baby!
Those Meddling Kids - Scooby Doo, the RPG, only without licensing
Shattered Dreams - you play dream warriors who fight the nightmares. Had a goofy d12-based mechanic.
There are more than 100 more on my bookshelves.
