le Redoutable

Ich bin El Glouglou :)
Diabolist is a follower of devils.

Infernal is also a typical adjective in D&D for things related to devils.

Are you talking about the name of a cleric specialized in countering/fighting devils?

I'm not sure I want to start out playing a coward, trying to work my way up to peasant.

...but once you make it to peasant, all you need to do is to pick up drinking to climb up the divine ladder! And once you achieve that, you're well on your way to become a lord!

Your question is a little confusing because you're mixing terms for clerics who fight certain things with terms for clerics who have an affinity for certain things.

Vampire hunters fight vampires, obviously.

Demonologists make a study of demons, either because they like them or because they want to know how to fight them.

Necromancers don't fight undead--they actually create more of them.

So, which type of "specialist" are you looking for?
