#1) (Un)Holy Warrior doesn't grant immunity, or possibly just the 1pt reduction.
#2) (Un)Holy Warrior doesn't grant immunity on the same turn as used with Holy Day/Sneaky Trick.
#3) Remove initiative entirely (strictly alternate).
----
#4) As #1, except change Pure Spirit to Indominatible Spirit (I think that was the wording), and thus make them not auto-default on insults.
#5) As #1, but give Light/Dark path immunity to moves generated with their modifier bundles.
#6) As #1, but give Light/Dark 'defense' (-1 hit) to moves generated with their modifier bundles.

Thoughts:
If we change (Un)Holy Warrior, we have a situation where two pathes have taken a 'hit' in power. However, as it currently stands, it appears that Dark > Light (style=location, Dark have easier Mind Theft targets, No Auto-Default Insults, Dirty Tricks v Purity of Focus is a ... bit muddy, so can say even though I lean towards DT being better myself).
Removing Initiative will cripple Yakuza and deal a severe blow to Dark path as well. In Strategy Matches especially it effectively makes DT 1/2 a power (although the 'nice' ability to go last in a strat match isn't to be overlooked).
My personal opinion is to go with #4. At least until I can see a strong argument that Darks aren't slightly above the power curve
