Thank you, Obryn and justanobody! :)

No, you are old when the youngest turns 18, then as soon as you get them out of the house you can act like you are 16 again!

My youngest is 2 years old. I'm going to be 58 the year she turns 18.

(Of course, if I can still act like I'm 16 when I'm 58, that'll be okay.........!)

Congratulations! Is the eldest off on his own soon?

Ha ha ha ha ha! Ho! Whew! Hee hee hee hee hee! Ha ha ha ha!

Oh, gonna bust a gut......

Heh heh heh hee!

Hah ha ha ha ha!

Ha!

(Wipes tear from eye.)

Kids don't leave home these days; they live in their parents' basements.

He says he is, but I am somewhat skeptical. Of course, given the economy, I would be skeptical of anyone making the claim that they were going to strike out on their own.

My oldest is turning 20 - thanks a feakin' lot!!! ;) Congrats BTW. MY youngest is 15 going on 25 and I am currently looking to fit her with a restraining collar. That said, two more years, she's in college, I turn 41 and the wife and I are empty-nesters before 50 - W00T!

No university or staying at home for college? (I've noticed people seem to stay near home a lot more in Quebec than I was used to in the States.)

He wants to get into a trade apprenticeship program.

I'm already 42; you just started before me.

Congrats on getting one alive to 20, though.

As for the 15-year-old........well, best of luck. My girls are 9 and 2, so I'm not into that sort of hell yet.
