Offspring of an Elf(high) & Drow

Half-Drow stats can be found in Races of Faerun.

Those are for half human/half drow, however. They're basically cajun style half elves.

Not every cross breed needs its own set of stats, imo. If it's closer to one parrent than the others, give it that parrents racial mods. It's also important to note that alot of a drow's racial abilities are a result of where and how they were raised.

Personally, I'd give the half surface/half dark elf the racial mods for the surface elf parrent, play with the coloration and call it a day.

Actually owlbears aren't created by owls mating with bears.

And thank god for that.
