And most third-party monster books (the Scarred Lands Creature Collections, for example) designate creature names and descriptive text as Product Identity, only opening up the raw stats.

One of my favorite pet peeves is the fact that the first Scarred Lands Creature Collection claimed explicitly mentioned Undead Ooze as one of the protected name, never mind how obvious and uncreative it is to name an undead ooze Undead Ooze.
