I've been meaning to do this for some time, but have never actually started. Hopefully, posting this thread will make me add ogres on sort-of-weekly basis. It's - obviously - inspired by MaverickWierdo's excellent Goblin-a-Week thread.
Building a Better Ogre.
The standard ogre has the following base properties:
Ogre
Large Giant
Hit Dice: 4d8
Base Speed: 40 ft.
AC: 14 (-1 size, +5 natural)
Attack Bonus: +2 (-1 size)
Base Saves: Fort +4, Ref +1, Will +1
Ability Modifiers: Str +10, Dex -2, Con +4, Int -4, Wis +0, Cha -4
Skill Points: 6 + INT mod + 2
Feats: 1
Climate/Terrain: Any land, aquatic, and underground
Organization: Solitary, pair, gang (2-4), or band (5-8)
Challenge Rating: 2
Treasure: Standard (600 gp equivalent)
Alignment: Usually chaotic evil (i.e. >50%)
Class Skills: Climb, Listen, Spot.
Weapon Proficiencies: Simple weapons, Greatclub.
Armor Proficiencies: Light Armor, Medium Armor.
15 Point Buy Arrays.

13, 11, 10, 10, 10, 9.
14, 12, 10, 10, 9, 8.
12, 12, 10, 10, 10, 9.
