I recently figured out, that in 3.5 one of the best PrCs for a Barbarian is the Horizon Walker. Take just one level and choose the desert affinity. Then your Barbarian is NEVER fatigued after raging (besides being immune to any fatiguing spells).
Take six levels and the shifting affinity at 6th level, and your Barbarian can teleport next to any enemy caster every 1d4 rounds in combat.
The only problem is the prerequisite Knowledge (geography) 8 ranks. You might want to take one or two levels as ranger in between (which is not too bad also).
