Ok, I like it

Apart from PCs, the bloodlines are a way-cool way to make enemy sorcerers more unique. I can picture the aberrant bloodline being nice flavor for a sorcerer of an Underdark race, for example.

Also, I have a funny character concept for a high CHA, low INT Half-orc sorcerer with the aberrant bloodline who claims his powers comes from having the "blood of orcs" coursing through his veins. :p

That's possible, but it is also possible that the tentacle can only manifest during spellcasting, anyway: the magical energies coursing through the body cause the aberrant traits to manifest briefly.

I'd go with this one or the mini-tentacle that just gives you reach for touch spells.

Its because the only thing that is reaching out is a small tentacle growing from the sorcerers forehead (or wherever). The tentacle isn't strong enough to do anything meaningful except to simply make contact which is good enough to deliver a touch spell.

Makes sense to me!

If this were the case, you could use the extended reach to make an AoO with a touch spell whose charge you were holding.

By the mechanics, I think I'm going to go with a tentacle that shoots out of the body, anime-style, when a touch spell is cast, or the spell magic warping the arm briefly.

Makes sense to me. The aberration bloodline is what provides or augments or awakens the innate magical power, and, when said magical power is used, signs of that bloodline show through, momentarily.

I'm guessing (also based on what I recall of the Beta rules) some other bloodlines also get 'weird' stuff, so really, this one shouldn't be any harder to come to terms with than the rest, I expect.

I love the bloodlines for Sorcerors. Makes perfect sense for them.

I also like having the Half Orcs and half-elves have a +2 bonus to whatever one stat they'd like. It's probably the best benefit for being a half-breed.

My image of half-orcs is still heavily influence by the AD&D version, which had a nice Str but a very low ceiling for Dex and Cha. The PF version essentially presents them as being no more brutish than a human, by their ability scores. I find that a little odd, although I do like the idea of half-orcs being less limited than in 3.5.
