When will OLD 1.2 Back & white and pocket editions be available on Amazon? Currently just the color is available.

Just curious since create space is now Kindle Direct on turning color to black and white was just turning off the color option.

If you want a crappy result, sure. We redo the images and render them in b/w so it looks OK. And the digest means resizing the entire thing, too. It's all in progress, but layout work takes time.

OLD 1.2 seems to be out on Amazon for the Back & White version. This is great, but the preview was still of the 1..1
