Old Man Forward!!

I'm usually in the middle of the age range when I DM -- and I haven't been older than all of my players since back in college. The biggest age gap I've had is about 6 years. Interesting question! :)

My group is mostly 30-somethings. I'm 32, the GM and his girlfriend are 36 and 34, I think. Another guy is 36, maybe 37. I think the others are like 30/31. We had another guy who was 26, but he's taking a break before he gets married.

I'm 44 and still going. The youngest in my group is 16. The rest are 22, 31, and two in mid 30's. I have played with people in their early 50's before.

I'm 42 and only in the middle of the age bracket for one of the groups I play in.

As I recall, I was the youngest in my group by 5 to 10 years back in the late 80s before jobs in differing parts of the country broke that group up. Still have contact with most of that group and only one of them is not still gaming.

My father got me into D&D a long time ago. I just got him back into 3rd edition last year. He just finished running a campaign (well, it died, but through no fault of his own, lost one of 4 players, and others weren't getting along well). And he's in his mid 50's. He also runs a tourny at GenCon.

Our group at the moment is mostly clustered around 38, with the others at 44 and 32. However, we're about to skew a little younger with the loss of the 32 and gaining our token under 30! :p

I'm the oldest in the group I game with, at 36. Two others are 33 and one is 21 or 22. We have a 15 and 16 year old who join in occasionally and for the campaign I DM there is an additonal 33 and 13 year old.

I'm a DM and the oldest in the group at 39. One other guy in the group is 38, but he doesn't DM. Our other DM is 28 and the remaining players are all in their 20s.
