Old monsters we still haven't seen...

I don't think I've seen Living Statues (from Mystara) officially converted (though I think there was a conversion on this site somewhere). Come to think of it, I think most of the Mystara and Dark Sun monster compendia are missing.

stained glass golem from the 2nd edition monster manual I haven't seen. I thougt that was an awesome monster and was dissapointed when it wasn't in the monster manual I, II, or III.

Also I don't know if the scarecrow golem has been in any yet either

That was originally from the Ravenloft Monstrous Compendium and was redone in Denizens of Darkness the 3e Ravenloft mosnter conversion book and presumably in the 3.5 updated one as well.

The stained glass golem is in the MM2! (p. 116) :)

All the monsters since the start of the thread:

Tasloi: Oriental Adventures
Giant Space Hamster: Tome of Horrors
Witchlight Marauder: --
Leucrotta: Monsters of Faerûn
Piercer: Tome of Horrors (as a 3.0 creature), Tome of Horrors 2 (as a 3.5 hazard)
Meenlock: Monster Manual 2
Flail Snail: Tome of Horrors
Quillion: --
Carbuncle: Tome of Horrors
Flumph: Tome of Horrors
Aleax: Book of Exalted Deeds
Magnesium Spirit: Tome of Horrors
Giant Lynx: --
Cave Ape: -- (but could a dire ape fit the same role)
Thoul: --
Living Statue: --
Giant Otter: --
Pernicon: --
Stained Glass Golem: Monster Manual 2
Scarecrow Golem: There's a Scarecrow construct in the Tome of Horrors, but IIRC it's not a golem (no immunity to everything but yellow spoons and Nystul's magic aura, for example)

Let me add mine:
Beholderkin (Director, Examiner, Hive Mother, Lensman, Observer, Orbus, Overseer, Searechter)
Dabu
Demon (Bulezau, Molydeus)
Fundamental (Air, Earth, Fire, Water)
Rilmani (Abiorach, Argenach, Plumach)
Spellhaunt

How 'bout the piercer?

There's a Tellenian piercer in Dangerous Denizens: the Monsters of Tellene. Odds are really really good that you won't see a piercer in offical 3E/3.5E otherwise, since the darkmantle is the "evolved" piercer.

Uhmmm. Isn't the lack of a Brownie the most obvious oversight to date?

Iconic MM1 monster and familiar. That counts.

And it's even referenced in the dex table is chapter 1 of the 3.0 (and presumably 3.5, though I haven't checked) PH!
