I don't think I've seen Living Statues (from Mystara) officially converted (though I think there was a conversion on this site somewhere). Come to think of it, I think most of the Mystara and Dark Sun monster compendia are missing.

That was originally from the Ravenloft Monstrous Compendium and was redone in Denizens of Darkness the 3e Ravenloft mosnter conversion book and presumably in the 3.5 updated one as well.

Even the Tome of Horrors ignore the poor Pernicon. I am still waiting for a conversion.

I did a conversion, but after the 3.5 swarm rules, I think I'd re-do it.

How 'bout the piercer?

There's a Tellenian piercer in Dangerous Denizens: the Monsters of Tellene. Odds are really really good that you won't see a piercer in offical 3E/3.5E otherwise, since the darkmantle is the "evolved" piercer.
