Sliders first few seasons were good. Syfy also had some stuff I liked, didn't last, like Dark Matter, Defiance, others.

It was a bummer is that at first I was sort of like what is this? Not understanding and then as I liked it ... cancelled.

Stingray was my least favourite Gerry Anderson show. I think because they spent too much time on romance subplots which were not very interesting, at least at the age I was at the time.

I wasn't sure if they were talking about the Supermarionation show, or the "Equilizer" knock-off starring Nick Mancuso.

If you're talking about the show with the alien terraforming storyline, they were really hoping that the multimedia thing (show + game that helped steer the plot) would really take off. Sadly, it didn't. Shot along the Toronto waterfront. I wasn't able to get anywhere near the set

I haven't made it through the whole thread yet, but has anyone else mentioned Airwolf, Misfits of Science, and Stingray?
