Indy: "Throw me the whip!"

Doctor Octopus: "Throw me the idol..."

Actually, I knew that from the inital casting from the name. No, no, no... My geek-fu is not THAT strong, I just happened to know it. :)

Really? Neat. His sitcom was called Ladies Man. It was above
avarage, but then the show went on hiatus and when it returned
it had a changed cast and was rather awful.

He was great in Plots With a View.

Yep, Al Molina is one busy man. He was also on a TERRIBLE sitcom called Bram and Alice. With Ladies Man he was quite good - he actually made me believe he was American! (Anyone else ever notice that many British actors who do "American Accents" come out sounding like Ralph Kramden?)

As someone on IMDB put it, "Molina is one of those rare, chameleonlike performers who disappears into every part he plays." That's why it's such a shock to many people to recognize him in an earlier role. I think he was a great casting choice, at least look-wise, for Doc Ock.

The only problem I have with him, is having just recently seen Frida, I couldnt help but wonder why Spiderman was fighting Diego Rivera.

He won't look much like Diego Rivera with those goggles and goofy haircut, at least.

And yeah, I knew it was the same guy. His first shot ever in his first movie ever: the tarantula scene. Quite a baptism by fire, but he seems to have taken to film quite well... ;)
