Should we talk about past associations? My character might well have some history with the other half-Orc or an orphan and possibly anyone who's been to sea.

I like that idea, Scott. I have not worked up a history. I'll look over yours and we can come up with some friendship of sorts or maybe hatred, being that I'm an inquisitor. ;)

I haven't chosen a deity for Bahri yet, but I'm probably going to go with Desna. I'm all good with sharing a history with anyone in the party. He's a sailor - a coastal fisherman, at least, with no prejudices or preconceptions. Affable and friendly to a fault, but with poor enough impulse control (due to his closed head injury) that it's easy to believe he'll do just about anything - quite intimidating, really.

Yeah, Gorgol is turning over a new leaf, but he has not been a particularly likable guy in the past, so any history we share might be acrimonious.

good news is, I will have some new friends to make! And closer to Scotley so someday meet one of you guys!

If I remember correctly you are moving to the Nashville area? I do get over to Nashville on occasion. My daughter and her new husband are in Clarksville, which is only half an hour from Nashville. I expect we'll be visiting them some too. My employer is contracted with the State of Tennessee, so I get over there for work sometimes too. I can make it in under 3 hours if the wind is behind me.

And Mowgli and I are just an hour [40 minutes with a medium tailwind] west of Memphis.
