I would also like to note that the camera-man was clearly hit by an "instant" Save or Die effect. That's harly 4E. But maybe he was just a Minion, and different rules apply.

No, that wasn't save or die, that was just the lightning attack, the same one B used on the stoned reporter. But the cameraman didn't have enough HPs and the attack just took him out.
