Note that Dent can carry Tolan's sword and hand it over to him during combat. Thaliss is ok being the prisonner, he'll have illusory ropes on his hands as if they are bound.

Toland could also be a prisonner, using the sword handoff from Dent gambit.

Alright, so just to review the plan so far:

- We're taking the two rowboats.
- Disguised: Damien as Shoalar, Tolan as a Reaver with a head injury, and Aridha as a beast of some sort.
- Open: Thaliss as a prisoner, Tom under duress, and Dent & Carrodoc as mercenaries who helped out and were interested in converting.
- Get to either quay and immediately head to wherever Jolly is at that time. Damien (as Shoalar) will use his acting talents to pretend to be the genasi and push browbeat anyone who tries to stop them.
- Kill Jolly
- Hope most of the rest of the people surrender or flee, otherwise mop up resistance.

Sound about right?
Are we going forward with this?

Nobody has actually suggested it IC as far as I can see. Sounds good to me though.

My method for the grid might have been back asswards. I made a grid png with transparency by copy and pasting an excel grid into gimp. I saved that. Then I overlayed that on a map in excel (or the libreoffice equivalent). The main reason I'm keeping it in that format is because I'm used to it I guess. I've got all the various characters images on the map right now so I can sort of physically see where people would be at in the keep at this hour.

Can we get a description of the room? Based on the map, I had no idea there was a balcony.

Obviously, I'm going to try to get Grimjaw as alone as possible. Figure I tell him that Thaliss has a tale to tell, imply it has something to do with the Adventurer's Guild setting their sights on Riverguard Keep, and that there are traitors in his midst. For your ears only and all that. Obviously, he's going to keep some guards around, but I'd rather not have a fight with 5 reavers, Grimjaw, and whoever the woman is. I definitely don't want to start the fight when Grimjaw has such an easy way to get away (or attack with relative impunity).

This is what I was waiting for. Whether we were talking first or just slicing and dicing straight away. I'll post that Dent positions himself somewhere strategic and will settle in to wait for the fight.
