*shrug*

As I said IC, the primary benefit of Tolan being a reaver is that his current load out is sword, shield and no armor. (Reavers don't wear armor in the art.) So Tolan isn't giving up combat effectiveness to the disguise.

Downside is that Tolan is obviously an elf. So in a disguise with no mask/helmet, he may seriously stick out.

So do we assume that we WILL be attacked and prepare accordingly, or do we try and MINIMIZE the chance of being discovered? If our plan assumes a failure state, then we're likely to fail :)

Either way works. I just want to make sure we get moving.

Alright, so just to review the plan so far:

- We're taking the two rowboats.
- Disguised: Damien as Shoalar, Tolan as a Reaver with a head injury, and Aridha as a beast of some sort.
- Open: Thaliss as a prisoner, Tom under duress, and Dent & Carrodoc as mercenaries who helped out and were interested in converting.
- Get to either quay and immediately head to wherever Jolly is at that time. Damien (as Shoalar) will use his acting talents to pretend to be the genasi and push browbeat anyone who tries to stop them.
- Kill Jolly
- Hope most of the rest of the people surrender or flee, otherwise mop up resistance.

Sound about right?

Sounds fine by me.

Carradoc will want to dress as the priest, unless someone tells him not to.

He can *mend* and robes or outfits that were torn/slashed in the sword fight.

Deception: [roll0] (or adjust as need be for other skills).

EDIT: Lol. It won't matter what Carradoc does; there is no way he can pull off a disguise today, it seems. Ha ha ha.

I think Dent just hacked off that dude's leg through his vestments. Probably a bit much for the Mending spell. But I think we agreed that Carrodoc could go in openly, since the Keep has never seen him.
