Heh. Welcome back, all.

The last note on my character sheet is that we've spent 5sp for dinner, which means more than one update has been lost.

So I know I still have a level 2 slot for Rope Trick, if we are concerned about having the rest interrupted. If we're levelling up will that mean re-charging all spell slots as well?

I'm trying to think of what treasure we've got since then. I do't think there's much major for Carradoc.

Also, what was in the wizard's spell book that was left behind? And can Carradoc use that book as is, or do spells need to be carried over at some point?

(and, we remember about Inspiring leader -- everyone will get 10 temporary hit points (woo). )

I am unsure if anything rules against you just being able to prepare spells from any spellbook. The contents of the spellbook are listed a couple posts back.

FYI, the only treasure missing from Creamsteak's intro post is a 250gp ring given to us by the captain commander at the spire (for defeating the manticore).
We spent what we had gathered before the last time we were in Red Larch.
Cheers,

SG

I have a leveling question for you Creamsteak: Thaliss now has access to metamagic from sorcerer 3 (yay). Can Thaliss use Twinned spell with eldrich blast (2 blasts from being level 5+) if he targets only 1 enemy?

Twinned spell:
When you cast a spell that targets only one creature and
doesn’t have a range of self, you can spend a number of
sorcery points equal to the spell’s level to target a second
creature in range with the same spell (1 sorcery point if
the spell is a cantrip)

Thanks and cheers,

SG

I'm pretty sure Scorching Ray, Eldritch Blast, and similar spells that "can" target one creature or target multiple creatures is intended to not work with twinned spell.
