Torhan stands by silently, keeping his expression neutral. After all that he had seen to today, he wasn't sure if he could be surprised any longer. Still, he let's Darian handle the questioning, hoping that his past relationship with this Marionette will yield some results.

It's pretty interesting seeing the not-quite role reversal between with Torhan/Sasha and Darian/Marionette right now.

And yup, even if the Investigators are paid to handle these sort of bizarre crises, today does count as a "bad day." But that's what makes it so fun. Still, I agree, I'd be completely exhausted by now in this situation...

:) Do we others know about Darian's relationship with the... Sex doll? :)
Now, now, I never said anything like that. ;) Besides, I think the relationship between Darian and Suki has been quite ambiguous (kudos to industrygothica for the RP).

Actually, kudos to everyone. You've all done a great job adding to the atmosphere.

:) Yeah, respect to IG. It's really cool how he (?!) takes the opportunity for RPing.

Hope we can continue this when I return from Spain. (Still remaining here until weekend.)

Roleplaying aside, I'm not sure I'm accomplishing much, and I believe I've taken the focus away from the rest of the group, which was not my intent.

And then there's that whole voice-in-the-head thing... Nothing good ever comes out of voices in your head, no? Welcome to Ravenloft, I suppose. ;)

In any case, thanks.

Don't worry about hogging the spotlight. I think you've got it right now because everyone else is interested in how it plays out. I've run the game with everyone running off doing their own thing (Splitting up in Ravenloft?) so they could have been interviewing Alek, Kitten, Ada, or Pigglemorth or running to the clocktower or whatever in the meantime.

The voice in your head was a personal plot point I thought of adding, like Ru and Lug, but it can be ignored if you wish.

Anyway, I hope everyone feels involved. Feel free to speak up if you feel like something's missing. I've got a whole bunch more plot points available in the back of my head, and hey, Kitten's still available. :p

Nah.. I like voices in my head--I'm always up for a good conversation. ;)

As for Marionette now, well... I'm afraid I may have tarnished our relationship just a bit after this last post.

I think you've done well keeping everyone involved, IVV. I'm enjoying this game...it has a lot more actual roleplaying that rollplaying, which is a nice change of pace.
