I didn't feel like constructing a ton of separate rolls, so I just rolled a pile of d20s and went down the PC list in the first post and you'll see I added the bonuses there and when I put them into the list here. Sorry, I should have mentioned that.

Once I get Moon Moon's specific move I'll resolve the round.

I could try to decoy/distract them...but is it necessary? We have surprise...

But I'm thinking I might be able to get some info out of them before we attack.

I'm inclined to just attack, and get info from any survivors.

(And much more defensible when you're the monsters instead of the Paladin!)

But can you pitch the Yuan-ti on a frontal assault?

Maybe do both?
