Yes. You need to visit a cleric who is able to cast a Restoration spell. He will be able to restore the drain as long as it was only done 1 day in teh past times his caster level (ie. a fourteenth level cleric could remove the condrain that was done two weeks ago). Well, In Jurgen's defense... he did lose three points of constitution, dropping from 46 max hitpoints to 28.
