I'm suprised that no one here has mentioned the bit about the dimension of shrimp which was a reference to "Superstar" a 4th season episode of Buffy.

And don't assume Gunn is out of the picture. I don't think his story is over...

Sheesh... doesn't anyone watch the Next Week's Episode clips at the end of the show? Definitely looks like Angel's Avengers arent' leaving a man behind...

Though it was a slow sub plot this episode, something is definitely brewing with Wesley and the Demon fka Fred.

A dimension without shrimp was referenced in Buffy season five episode "Triangle". Seems Tara was allergic. :)

I have an idea.

We already know that the necklaces for the holding dimension can be used on unwilling people, right? Why not go back, and trade Gunn in exchange for someone who deserves it? Trevain (or whatever his name is, the guy that used to possess the building and was trying to send Spike to Hell,) would be perfect. They already need to keep him alive indefinately, which the holding dimension was designed for, and that way they get Gunn and Linsay.

Vyreth, they may very well do that, but I see a problem there.

Let's take Pavain, for example. He is someone that the Angel crew needs in permenant storage. Not the Senior partners. If they put him in the holding dimension, he is free to make any deals with the senior partners and their like. In his little cell, he can do squat. But, so far the senior partners have honored their agreements to the amount you would expect from a LE lawyer. I have a feeling that, if they go this route, it'll be the new liason, Hamilton?, that ends up with the pendant.

But that's just my wild guess.
