Why spoiler that? It's not a huge plot point and everybody knows who he is already. Plus, we know he's a Sorcerer (as opposed to a Wizard), so it would make sense that INT's not his highest stat. Self-confidence, though- oh, that he has in spades! Of course, that's part of what CHA is in 3.5E.

And, as far as I'm concerned, the entire last panel is the punch line. "I have to devise some means of gathering more information!" -> "Can you tell us more? ... Sure." Wow, great plan to go along with the guy who asks a question of the Venerable ruler who probably knows more than anyone alive about the subject!
