That would be likely, but remember the Oracle's prediction to Elan.. He, at least, will have a happy ending.

...And I doubt that'll happen if his girlfriend dies.

Uh. The prophecy was already fulfilled. Nale was the gift horse. 'Not looking him in the mouth' meant not to think too deeply about his date offer. She didn't, went on the date, and has her speech back. Prophecy over. Now the future stretches before her like a wet highway at night.

I found that to be one of the most satisfying OotS episodes ever, second only to the one where Haley gets her speech back.

I really had no idea until these two that stick figures could bring a tear to my eye.
