OotS #409

Ever hear the phrase 'The enemy of my enemy is my friend'. Since the Linear Guild is against The Order of the Stick, and how articulate Nale can be.

Especially since Nale has recruited a character before that actually was good (the kobold Inigo Montoya) as far as I can tell. Wouldn't be too hard to recruit one that only *thinks* she is good in her crazy head.

And let not forget that Sabine is a Shapeshifter, so she could easily disguise herself as an "Angel" and convince Miko of her "true" ways...

It´s only that I'm a little full of this Linear guild. It was funny the first time, not so funny the second (except Thog) and I really hoped that this secondary plot was already over. If not, perhaps Hinjo joins the Order of the Stick and so remain the two guilds as an opposite of each other (if Miko finally joins the linear guild).

Two words: anti-magic cells.

C, -- N

Some people might consider that three words thanks to the hyphen- but, beat me to it. If Elan's request has been implemented, Sabine's going to be wearing the obvious form of a fiend until her release, no ifs ands or buts.

Of course, nothing says Miko will be in a position to see the people she's talking to who hate the OotS as much as she does- what if she's put in a solitary confinement cell that just happens to be next to the anti-magic block, such that she can converse with inmates in said block? After all, Miko without Paladin powers is just a Fighter without bonus feats, to once again use Belkar's famous line, so once the guards take away her magic items she has nothing supernatural to fall back upon. There's no real reason to keep her in the anti-magic cells.

Apart from the lessons they learnt Here
Well, I did specify that they take away her magic items first. I don't think Miko's the type to have been concealing magic items on intimate portions of her anatomy, do you? :)

But, fair point. I sit corrected.

Beat me to that possibility.
I wonder if Hinjo can manage to save Azure City now. Of the three people in charge of the defense, one is dead, the second is mad, and Hinjo as the third has to deal with the fallout of these events. Not to mention the security breach caused by Elan, and the fact that likely Roy's attack triggered a second rampage from Miko.

Maybe if Azure City is destroyed, Hinjo joins the OotS and Miko becomes his evil opposite? ;)

Whoa! SMACK! There goes my baseball cap!
It's gone, gone, gone, gone
OWWWWWWWW!
Can't get it back!

Well struck big dumb fighter!

Sigh....

Am I the only one in here who feels sorry for Miko? :\
