What, like the Warlord setting?Mouseferatu said:My understanding was that it was the concept of "a necromantic nation of elves," and that it was only the very basic concept, almost none of the specific details.

He's still in the Throne Room, isn't he? He didn't leave because he was afraid they wouldn't let him return to the material plane anytime soon, and he was summoned in the Throne Room.
Did he eventually return (and is now griping in the upper planes that if he'd just sat still for a few more days Xykon would have come to him for a chance at revenge)? Was he one of the ghosts attacking Xykon?
Well, that was when he was manifested on his own, this time he has been actually summoned to the material plane, I was thinking that because he was now effectively a summoned Celestial (since he intercepted a spell targeting a Planetar to come) instead of an ancestral spirit he might have been able to intervene.SPoD said:Even if Eugene is in the throne room (and I don't think he is), he can't attack Xykon. Remember, he wasn't even allowed to help Roy beat him directly the first time, when he easily could have popped into the throne room and cast a few spells. He told Roy there were rules about what he could and couldn't do. As far as the family quest goes, the burden of defeating Xykon seems to be squarely on Roy's shoulders (or actually, on Julia's now).
