Something about this one seemed kind of sad to me. I guess I don't like seeing people willfully shutting out common sense. Well, maybe Miko can be some help in the throne room...

You think Miko will be of some HELP in the throne room? Not a chance. She'll be the final nail in the coffin. She's prime Black Guard material, baby. Unknowingly, of course.

Just makes me think of some of those folks with weird cults - "If God DIDN'T want me to have lots of wives and take all your wages, I just know he'd tell me."

Or the fact that she is no longer "Good" will allow her to act when the remaining paladin ghosts are disabled/destroyed/held at bay by alignment specific spells cast by Redcloak and the cleric. (Dispel Good, Unholy Blight, others I can't remember right now.)

Thus proving that her "fall from grace" was indeed part of her grand destiny.

Just because she is no longer a Paladin does not automatically mean she changed alignment...not that she couldn't have, just saying she lost her paladin abilities but could still be lawful good. Deluded but good.
