Not necessarily, if Hinjo's Jump roll exceeded his available movement, then he would have had to end the turn mid-air, allowing Redcloak to cast on his turn.

This is disintegrate, people! If Hinjo were killed by it, there would be neither eyes nor "x"s nor any parts recognizable as Hinjo. (Even on a successful save, if you die, you are dust.)
