They couldn't do a teleport with V to get to Greysky anyway, as the wizard took conjuration as hir barred school. Silly min-maxers.

Are the Azure City teleport mages still around?

She can use Shadow Walk. She is high enough level to cast.

If V had that simple a workaround for this hole in his/her spell list, s/he'd have used it by now instead of just whining about it.

It's a pretty strongly established hole in V's powers that he(?) can't teleport. I'm pretty sure it's because of his(?) wizard specialization as an Evoker, Conjuration is one of his(?) two barred schools.

That's assuming they will even see V again on their side, and he(?)'s not about to go Lich or something else, since it looks like the Imp is about to make him(?) an offer he can't refuse (four words to the right being for all the wrong reasons?).

However, Durkon and Elan knowing where they are means that it puts plot back on the right course. Even if it might be a trap, no way will Elan turn down the first lead they've had on Haley's location (and Elan does have the knack for saving the day with dramatic entrances, it's a class feature for him ), and the Oracle already said that the entire story has a happy ending at least as far as Elan is concerned, so Haley will probably survive (or at least be Raised).
