I could see "playing the game" Belkar offering a swap, them being let go for the guild's top (maybe at this point only) assassin. Of course, if Bozzok doesn't go for the swap...

Yup. If anything, that guy grappling Celia is a perfect target for a full attack sneak attack, as he's now lost his dex to AC against Haley. Really, when you think about it, Celia's being inadvertently helpful.
