Also, I'm thinking this is not actually a joke: I don't think anyone else sees Blackwing. Probably has something to do with the Snarl; we know something weird's going on there, and this just amplifies the weird.

Roy saw it. If anything, it's that they forgot about the past memories of it. but that could have nothing to do with the Snarl. V seemed to forget it existed al the time. Could just be the same deal.

Am I the only one who finds the new comic's text to be painfully packed together? Kinda hurts to look at too long.

well if you look at it from the perspective of 'books' / story arcs..

the last several were text heavy to wrap up the last story arc/book. and then the past couple have been text heavy to set up the next story arc/book.

can't jump right in case the audience wasn't familiar with the previous books/story arcs (or needed a refresher if it's been a while since they read the last book).

:)

For whatever it's worth, I'm enjoying it. :)

It could be worse, his style could become be Chris Clairemont-esque*.

* As in it could become overly verbose to the point where characters are describing each of their actions (as they are being made), and/or character abilities or feats as they are being used.

I though Claremont-esque would require that the Order become the best there are at what they do, and what they do wouldn't be pretty?

In comics, as well as in RPGs, talking is a free action.

But yeah, Rich is not as bad at it as Claremont
