It's easy enough to make it a little bigger, at least in Firefox or Chrome, and I always read it that way. Hitting Ctrl-+ a couple of times in Chrome stretches it to nearly screen width, which has the double benefit of making the text easier on the eyes, and allowing me to read it one set of panels at a time, thus preventing my eyeline from accidentally straying down to some spoilerific revelation in a lower panel.
