Probably not. He has not regenerated his eye despite easily being able to do so. Also, he speaks of the 'special project' in the past tense, suggesting that it has ended (and thus that Xykon has his phylactery again - or has given up on finding it, which I find virtually impossible to believe). Thus I tend to think that Redcloak and Xykon are getting ready to head out again, and Redcloak is stabilizing the home base before leaving.Wow, is Redcloak defying Xykon the way I think he is?
